Arboricultural Expert Witness

The Arbor Centre’s Principal Consultant, David Evans, is regularly instructed as an Arboricultural Expert Witness to write reports and give evidence in tree-related matters. He is experienced and well-practised in acting on behalf of claimants, defendants, and appellants, in cases of Litigation, Public Inquires, and Planning Appeals.

David is a Fellow of the Arboricultural Association and is responsible for the company’s research, development, and the CPD training seminar programme. His expertise in the field of arboriculture is widely recognised both nationally and internationally, where he is frequently invited to present to both peers and allied professions.
